Tetris UK offer four types of service to our landlords. All our tailor-made packages have been created to suit our landlords ever changing requirements. Whether you are a private home owner, an investment landlord or a corporate company you will find a service to match your requirements.

The range of services we provide are "Tenant find", "Rent collection", "Full management service" and our unique and exclusive "Property Improvement Programme" (PIP).

The Tenant find service includes:

• Visiting you at the property and provide you with a rental valuation.
• Advertising your property.
• Conduct accompanying viewings with suitable tenants.
• Obtaining credit checks and references.
• Preparing an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
• Checking the tenant into the property.
• Change personal details and transfer of utilities.

The rent collection service includes all of the above and:

• Register the deposit.
• Collection of the rent, provide statements and management of the rent.

Fully management service includes all of the above and:

• Receiving rental payments monthly in advance, and paying you promptly, together with a detailed statement.
• If required paying regular outgoings for you from rental payments such as maintenance works, gas safety certificates etc.
• Inspecting the property periodically.
• Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance, first liaising with you in the case of larger works.
• Arranging renewals of the agreement as necessary.
• Checking tenants out as required, re-letting and continuing the process with the minimum of vacant periods to ensure that you receive the optimum return from your property.

Tetris UK exclusive PIP (Property Improvement Programme) is unique because it offers all of the above Services and much more.

The Tetris UK "PIP" will improve the quality of your rental property and increase or maintain its future capital value as well as its rental value. We will conduct a thorough survey and agree on improvements which are needed in order to make it a more attractive property to tenants and to maximise its rental capability.

On all Tetris UK rental properties we insist on getting things right from the start. 

Tetris UK offer a unique full heating system health check. The Tetris UK team can identify any potential faults and fix them before they fail. This is not just a simple gas safety check. It is a comprehensive look at the systems inside a property. Tetris UK aim at reducing inconvenience and added cost to landlords for emergency plumbing and heating repairs. This is just one of the ways Tetris UK ensures our landlords get hassle free future tenancies.
